Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Head & Admissions Coordinator located in Siliguri. The Coordinator will handle tasks such as developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing admission inquiries, coordinating admission processes, and maintaining communication with prospective students. The role also involves organizing and participating in recruitment events, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Training, Medical Terminology, and Medicare
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in using marketing and CRM tools
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams
• Experience in the education or hospitality industry is a plus
