Description

We are seeking a seasoned Tech PMO Senior Manager to oversee project management operations for our India Market Unit. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading technology projects and managing diverse teams to deliver on strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage project management activities for technology initiatives in the India Market Unit.
Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary.
Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

12-15 years of experience in project management within the technology sector.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
