Market Research Intern

About the Role:

K12 Techno Services Pvt Ltd is looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to support hiring across our network of schools and corporate functions. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring to meet business demands.

Key Responsibilities:

-Conduct on-ground market research by visiting schools across Bangalore.

-Interact with students, teachers, school administrators, and other stakeholders to collect primary data.

-Design, administer, and collect responses through surveys, questionnaires, and interviews.

-Perform basic secondary research using online and internal data sources.

-Compile, clean, and organize collected data accurately.

-Assist in data analysis and insight generation.

-Prepare daily/weekly reports and presentations based on research findings.

-Coordinate with internal teams to align research objectives and timelines.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Undergraduate or postgraduate students in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related fields

-Freshers with a strong interest in market research and field studies are welcome

-Prior experience in field surveys or data collection is an added advantage

Skills & Competencies

-Comfortable with fieldwork and frequent travel within Bangalore

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-Basic knowledge of market research methods

-Ability to collect data ethically and professionally

-Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint

-Analytical mindset with attention to detail

-Self-motivated and able to work independently on the field
