Key Responsibilities

• Conduct primary and secondary research to gather data on real estate markets, competitors, customers, and industry trends.
• Analyze demographic, economic, and real estate data to identify potential business opportunities and risks.
• Prepare detailed market analysis reports, presentations, and recommendations for internal teams.
• Track competitors’ offerings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to support strategic planning.
• Support sales and marketing teams with insights on customer behavior and emerging market trends.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of market intelligence for internal use.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to align research findings with business objectives.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes, property laws, and market developments relevant to real estate.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in market research (real estate sector experience preferred).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
