What You’ll Do

• Study global and Indian markets for AI voice automation (contact centers, CPaaS, telcos, BFSI, etc.)
• Research competitors (e.g., Retell AI, Observe.AI, ElevenLabs, Yellow.ai)
• Create comparison matrices on pricing, features, integrations
• Identify enterprise use cases and pain points Zudu AI can solve
• Track trends in conversational AI, TTS/STT, LLMs, SIP/telephony

• Draft blogs, pitch decks, and explainer content
• Assist in sales email copy and investor briefs
• Help structure use-case libraries and customer personas
• Support social media research (LinkedIn competitors, hashtags)

Requirements

• Background in business, marketing, computer science, or journalism
• Strong research and analytical skills (Google, LinkedIn, industry reports)
• Good command of English and professional writing
• Bonus: Understanding of AI, LLMs, or voice tech
• Tools preferred: Notion, Airtable, Google Docs, ChatGPT, Canva
