Market Research Associate

Role Overview: You will be responsible for deciding on market studies/topics to be researched and finalizing the table of contents/scope/structure of market research studies to conduct in-depth market assessments for individual MICRO and MACRO markets. Your role will involve collecting data on consumers, competitors, and the marketplace, consolidating information into actionable items, reports, and presentations. You will compile, analyze, and interpret information from internal and external sources, provide insights, and write market/industry reports with a logical structure. Additionally, you will initiate, execute, and deliver research projects involving market assessment & sizing, competitive analysis, benchmarking industry/sector analysis, etc. You will track specific industries, develop yourself as an industry specialist, contribute market insights, analyst briefings, and consult fortune companies for enhancing their profitability. Furthermore, you will be responsible for writing research reports on Global/Regional/Country markets, including executive summaries, PEST analysis, five forces analysis, policy & regulatory aspects, raw materials scenario, production process, distribution channel, trade dynamics, etc. You will explain the drivers/challenges of the market, identify upcoming market trends, and provide strategic recommendations for existing and new entrants. Your duties will also include writing marketing material such as sample reports, press releases, report descriptions, etc. Additionally, you will provide competitive analysis on various companies" market offerings, collect company history, geographical presence/dominance, segmental insights, and product or service information with pricing and packaging terms. You will extract information on raw materials, manufacturing units, production/operational capabilities, supply chain & logistics network, marketing activities, sales capabilities, awards & recognition, evaluate market positioning, gather financial information, evaluate past performance, and extract future strategies. Ensuring the content is 100% unique with no plagiarism, performing standard quality checks, rectifying mistakes, working and communicating effectively with team members, and defining new process improvement opportunities are also part of your responsibilities. Qualification Required: - A Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business, English, English Literature, Mass Communication, Economics, or Journalism. - Exceptional oral and written communication skills (English-medium schooling preferred). - Self-motivation and the ability to perform well under pressure with strict deadlines. - A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently. - Familiarity with keyword placement and a solid understanding of SEO best practices.
