We’re Hiring: Marketplace Manager

We are looking for a Marketplace Manager to own and scale our marketplace business, primarily across Amazon and First Cry. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong analytical and execution skills to drive growth, profitability, and category leadership.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

End-to-end ownership of marketplace business on Amazon & First Cry

Strategize and execute to get products ranked at the top of categories

Drive business with focus on CM1 & CM2 margins for sustainable scale & profitability

Identify opportunities to scale existing products and launch new products

Ability to launch & scale 20-30 products annually with strong performance marketing strategies

Leverage data analytics to drive insights across product portfolio

🎯 Ideal Experience

3-5 years of experience in marketplace management

Prior experience in Toys industry preferred

Open to candidates from Jewelry and Home categories
