Market place Executive - Borivali West

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Marketplace Specialist with a strong background in performance marketing to optimize our marketplace presence and drive revenue growth. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and hands-on execution to improve product visibility, customer acquisition, and overall marketplace performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for marketplace growth and customer acquisition.

Optimize product listings with compelling descriptions, images, and promotions.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.

Plan and implement performance marketing campaigns across search, social media, email, and affiliate channels.

Track KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and apply data-driven optimizations.

Continuously refine pricing, promotions, and listings to boost engagement and conversion rates.

Coordinate with product and operations teams to ensure inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment.

Stay updated on industry trends, platform algorithms, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Present regular reports with insights, achievements, and growth recommendations to leadership.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Proven experience managing marketplace platforms and performance marketing campaigns.

Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms and optimization strategies.

Proficient in analytics and performance tools (e.g., Google Analytics, ad platforms).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills.

Strong project management and organizational abilities.

Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams.
