We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Analyst with a strong analytical foundation, experience with marketing tools, and exceptional stakeholder management capabilities. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, confidently engage with C-level executives, and help shape marketing strategies that drive business growth. This role offers a high-visibility pathway to senior leadership and may eventually report directly to the CEO s office. Key Responsibilities: Leverage marketing tools and platforms (eg, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Marketo, Salesforce) to analyze campaign effectiveness and generate actionable insights. Translate complex data into compelling presentations and strategic recommendations for executive stakeholders. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and leadership teams to drive alignment on marketing objectives. Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to support strategic planning. Prepare and deliver presentations to C-level stakeholders with clarity, confidence, and precision. Support the CEO s office with high-impact marketing initiatives, reports, and performance dashboards. Key Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or strategic marketing roles. Strong proficiency in marketing platforms and tools (eg, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, Power BI, or similar). Demonstrated ability to derive insights from complex datasets and present findings to senior leadership. Exceptional communication and presentation skills both written and verbal. Experience engaging with senior executives or C-level stakeholders is highly desirable. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus. Preferred Attributes: High level of business acumen and a strategic mindset. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
