Job Description

As a Revenue Management Manager at The Westin Gurgaon New Delhi, you will be responsible for maximizing total revenues by balancing the financial objectives of different lodging products. Your primary accountability will be pricing, positioning, and managing inventory for all hotels within the market. You will oversee processes related to demand, revenue, inventory, forecasting, and opportunity analysis. In addition, you will play a crucial role in recommending sales strategy for pricing of the transient customer segment. Maintaining productive relationships with stakeholders, including hotel General Managers, sales leaders, franchisees, owners, and regional teams will be a key aspect of your role. To be successful in this position, a 2-year degree in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major, along with 1 year of experience in revenue management, sales and marketing, or a related professional area is required. Alternatively, a 4-year bachelor's degree in the aforementioned fields from an accredited university with no work experience is also acceptable. Your core work activities will involve analyzing and reporting revenue management data, such as identifying trends, generating reports, maintaining accurate reservation system information, and providing support for cluster selling initiatives. You will also be responsible for managing revenue management projects and strategy, collaborating with various teams to achieve revenue goals, and ensuring that hotel strategies align with brand philosophies and market conditions. Building successful relationships with internal stakeholders and communicating effectively will be essential in this role. In addition to the core responsibilities, you will be expected to stay informed on relevant information, maintain records, and communicate effectively with executives and peers.
