As an MDS Professional at Chain IQ, you will be responsible for the following key activities: - Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction - Understanding client requirements and translating them into effective procurement strategies - Conducting tenders and negotiating deals with vendors to secure the best terms for the organization - Leading MDS initiatives to drive efficiency and cost savings in procurement processes - Reviewing vendor contracts to ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements - Providing expert advice on contract management to optimize vendor relationships - Contributing to cost efficiency exercises to identify savings opportunities and improve procurement practices To qualify for this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - A university degree in a relevant field - At least 7 years of experience in managing end-to-end MDS processes - Proven experience working with MDS vendors and negotiating favorable deals - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and vendors - Strong negotiating skills to secure advantageous terms for the organization - Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment - Cultural awareness and ability to work under pressure while adhering to corporate standards Chain IQ, an Independent Global Indirect Procurement company, is committed to excellence and innovation in procurement practices.
