Key Responsibilities: - Conduct secondary research to assist the team in creating materials for primary market research and background slides. - Develop therapy area overviews, including disease background, simplifying treatment algorithms from NCCN and other reputable sources, identifying unmet needs, and analyzing the competitive landscape. - Engage in primary interviews to gather insights from experts on therapy areas, implications for client drugs, perceptions of the TPP, and identifying key opportunities and challenges. - Analyze interview outputs to extract key insights, identify trends, and propose solutions to address research problems. - Utilize findings from secondary and primary market research to craft impactful client presentation decks and final reports that address key client inquiries and formulate strategic outputs. - Facilitate and moderate various workshops, both virtual and in-person, such as ad-boards and evidence generation workshops. - Prepare materials for scheduled client catch-up calls and deliver presentations on findings. - Present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders and executive leadership. Qualifications Required: - Strong business analysis skills with a background in life sciences strategy, commercial strategy consulting, and market access. - Proficiency in European market access, including knowledge of HTA rules in top markets, IRP, EU-HTA regulations, and experience in participating/moderating advisory boards and workshops. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities. - Expertise in therapeutic areas. - Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
