To guide and support the team in the configuration of engines and the development of packages for Marine and Railway applications.

Accountable for overseeing the development cycle, which contains generating product concepts, designing and releasing prototypes and final designs, performing necessary trials on engines and equipment, and analyzing test data.

To offer technical assistance and explanations to the Customers in the domain of Marine and Railway applications development.

To develop comprehensive applications considering industry trends, competitive strategies, product technologies and quality control.

Capable of managing and collaborating with various relevant external agencies involved in engine-related legislative certifications, documentation, service providers, and suppliers.

Capable of competency development for subordinates to ensure effective execution of assigned tasks with incorporation of innovation, technology and aiming for first-time accuracy to reduce risks.

To facilitate a timely reply and resolution for the queries raised during the Statutory Audit, Internal Audit etc.
