Manufacturing Technician -Made-to-Order / Bespoke Suit Manufacturing Technician

Operate and maintain specialized machinery and tools used in bespoke suit manufacturing.Collaborate closely with our design and tailoring teams to interpret client preferences and technicalspecifications accurately.Conduct fittings and adjustments to ensure the perfect fit and finish for each garment.Utilize expertise in CAD and pattern-making to create, modify, and update suit patterns as per clientmeasurements and design alterations.Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of wool fabrics, implementing knowledge in theproduction of floating canvas, full canvas and half canvas suits.Uphold stringent quality standards, meticulously inspecting finished suits for craftsmanship andprecision.Maintain a clean and organized work environment conducive to crafting high-quality bespokegarments.Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the manufacturing process.Contribute innovative ideas to improve manufacturing processes while maintaining the bespokequality standard.

Requirements

Extensive experience of 12+ years in domestic suit manufacturing, demonstrating a deepunderstanding of the craft.Proficiency in CAD software and pattern-making techniques, enabling the creation and modificationof suit patterns as per precise measurements and design alterations.Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for precision and quality.Ability to interpret and execute intricate design specifications.Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work effectively under deadlines.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Expertise in wool fabrics and the nuances of full canvas and half canvas suit manufacturingtechniques.Skills: manufacturing,bespoke,measurements,specifications,cad
