Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Manufacturing Technician with hands-on experience in filter manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for operating machines, assembling filter components, ensuring quality standards, and supporting smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment used in filter production.
• Assemble, inspect, and test filters as per production and quality standards.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
• Identify and report any defects, deviations, or machine issues.
• Coordinate with supervisors and quality teams to ensure consistent output.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
• Support continuous improvement activities in the manufacturing process.

Qualifications & Skills:

• ITI / Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant technical field.
• 3–4 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in filters or related products.
• Good understanding of production processes and quality control.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of tools, machinery, and safety practices.

Preferred Attributes:

• Prior experience in filter manufacturing (air filters, industrial filters, HVAC filters, etc.).
• Willingness to work in shifts if required.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
