Job Description

Responsibilities1.Factory Representation

Act as the Nothing representative and factory manager, working closely with overseas OEM/ODM partners.
Coordinate and resolve all production-related issues across SMT, FATP, and packing lines.

2.Product Development & Mass Production

Lead Mass Production Transfer and ensure Manufacturing Readiness during DFx engagement.
Work with MDE and MTE teams to address manufacturing challenges and propose design improvements.

3.Process & Yield Optimization

Develop cost-effective, efficient production solutions to accelerate product maturity.
Optimize manufacturing yield, FPY, cycle time, and UPH across the entire product lifecycle.

4.Cross-functional Collaboration

Work strategically with global engineering teams to improve overall factory processes.
Drive improvements across SMT, FATP, Packaging, and other production categories.

5.Continuous Improvement

Support innovation in processes, tooling, and automation.

RequirementsWork Experience

Minimum
8+ years
in electronics manufacturing.
Experience with
Smartphones / Smart Devices
is a strong plus.
Strong background in NPI, mass production ramp, and factory operations.
