Warehouse Operations Senior Executive

Job

To manage end-to-end warehouse billing operations, purchase inward and compliant invoicing.

About the Role:

This will be an off role position with Nothing.

Key

Purchase Inward into NetSuite
Billing & invoicing management
Coordination & Communication with the warehouse team
Reporting & Analysis
Process Improvement
Inventory Management
Coordination with 3PL

Key

Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and ERP/WMS tools (PowerPoint handling).
Understanding of warehouse operations, billing, dispatch & inventory management.
Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

Graduated in Commerce, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.
25 years of experience in warehouse billing or logistics operations.
Exposure to 3PL, warehousing, or logistics billing preferred.
