Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage two manufacturing plants ensuring smooth operations, efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
Oversee
composite manufacturing
this is a must-have skillset in the context of defence or aerospace-grade products.
Manage
casting, forging, machining, and tooling operations
with precision and process integrity.
Ensure full compliance with regulatory and quality frameworks such as
AS9100
,
NADCAP
, MoD standards, etc.
Drive operational excellence through Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and other process improvement methodologies.
Coordinate closely with R&D and Project Management teams for new product introduction (NPI) and production scaling.
Lead large, cross-functional teams across two locations and handle plant budgets, audits, and client inspections.

Key Requirements:

Engineering degree
Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, or related disciplines.
Minimum
15 years of manufacturing experience
with proven expertise in
composites
for
defence, aerospace, or aviation
applications (must).
In-depth knowledge of
casting, forging, precision machining, and tooling operations
.
Experience leading large-scale manufacturing operations and multi-plant coordination.
Strong team leadership, people management, and communication skills.
Proficiency in digital manufacturing tools, ERP systems, and KPI-driven decision-making.
