Manager – Manufacturing Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the manufacturing engineering team, ensuring performance excellence and professional growth.
  
• Design, develop, and implement advanced manufacturing processes to optimize

  productivity, quality, safety, and cost-efficiency

  .
• Partner with cross-functional teams (design, production, quality) to support

  new product introductions

  and improve existing processes.
• Champion

  lean manufacturing

  practices and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and enhance operational performance.
• Analyze production KPIs and process data to identify gaps, implement corrective actions, and sustain improvements.
  
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, regulatory standards, and environmental health & safety guidelines.
  
• Assess, recommend, and implement

  new technologies, automation systems, and equipment

  to advance manufacturing capabilities.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets, optimizing resources while meeting business goals.
  
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to evaluate new materials, equipment, and processes that improve performance and reduce costs.
  
• Provide expert-level technical support to resolve complex manufacturing challenges and improve throughput.

• Proven expertise in

  manufacturing processes, automation, assembly, and machining

• Hands-on knowledge of

  lean manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma

  , and other CI tools.

  analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Project management expertise with the ability to deliver multiple initiatives on time and within budget.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage cross-functional teams and external partners.
  
• Knowledge of

  quality management systems

  (ISO, IATF, etc.) and regulatory compliance.
• Strong data-driven approach to operational and process optimization.
  

Preferred Background

• Experience in

  process automation, advanced manufacturing, or equivalent industrial environments

  with strong quality and efficiency standards.
