We are hiring for a Senior Position in Manufacturing Engineering Department AGM Manufacturing Engineering (ME Head) Required for Leading Aerospace Company in to manufacturing of precision machined components located at Tambaram, Chennai Position: AGM-ME ( Head - Manufacturing Engineering ) Education: Diploma / B.E in Mechanical / Aeronautical Experience Experience: 25 to 35 Years Salary: 35 - 45 Lakhs Salary is NOT a Constraint for a deserving candidate Key Responsibilities: 1) Knowledge on Process planning for Aerospace detail part manufacturing 2) Knowledge on project planning and resource identification. 3) Ability to identify machining process, fixture requirements and machining strategy. 4) Knowledge on CNC Milling, Turning and other machining process. 5) Knowledge on Special process and Aerospace Materials. 6) Knowledge on GD&T as per ASME standard. 7) Special tool design & Management. 8) Creation of PPAP & PFMEA documents. 9) Knowledge on standard clamping Elements. 10) Knowledge on Configuration Management - ECN control & Change management. 11) Knowledge on Continual improvement. 12) MASTER CAM experience is added advantage. 13) AS9100 awareness Kindly WhatsApp Your Profile to 9444013460 / 6381637292 - Kindly Mention that applying for ME Head Position for Aerospace Industry
