About Dermat India:

Dermat India is a leading third-party cosmetics manufacturer, specializing in skincare, haircare, and personal care products. We partner with brands to provide private label and contract manufacturing solutions. We are expanding our team and are looking for talented Business Development Sales Executives to drive growth and strengthen client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new clients for third-party cosmetic manufacturing projects.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with skincare, haircare, and personal care brands.
• Understand client requirements for private label and contract manufacturing.
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals effectively.
• Coordinate with R&D, Production, and QA/QC teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Cosmetic Science, or related field (preferred).
• Knowledge of cosmetic manufacturing processes and private label operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
