We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Production Assistant for our Mumbai manufacturing facility. This full-time hybrid position offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge gravure printing wheel production technology in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Support: Assist in manufacturing processes and production line operations
• Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain quality control standards throughout the production cycle
• Equipment Operation: Operate and monitor computer-controlled machinery and production equipment
• Documentation: Maintain accurate production records, quality reports, and process documentation
• Process Optimization: Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancement projects
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with production team members, supervisors, and other departments
• Customer Support: Assist with customer service inquiries related to production specifications and delivery schedules
• Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and manufacturing standards

REQUIRED QUALIFICIATIONS:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field
• Technical Skills: Experience with computer-controlled machinery and automated production systems
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles
• Core Competencies:Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Adaptability to work in both office and production floor environments

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in printing, packaging, or precision manufacturing industries
• Familiarity with gravure printing processes or cylinder production
• Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO standards)
• Proficiency in MS Office and production management software
