We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Production Assistant for our Mumbai manufacturing facility. This full-time hybrid position offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge gravure printing wheel production technology in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Location: Mumbai Employment Type: Full-time (on-site) Department: Production/Manufacturing Key Responsibilities: Production Support: Assist in manufacturing processes and production line operations Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain quality control standards throughout the production cycle Equipment Operation: Operate and monitor computer-controlled machinery and production equipment Documentation: Maintain accurate production records, quality reports, and process documentation Process Optimization: Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancement projects Team Collaboration: Work closely with production team members, supervisors, and other departments Customer Support: Assist with customer service inquiries related to production specifications and delivery schedules Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and manufacturing standards REQUIRED QUALIFICIATIONS: Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field Technical Skills: Experience with computer-controlled machinery and automated production systems Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles Core Competencies: Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Adaptability to work in both office and production floor environments PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience in printing, packaging, or precision manufacturing industries Familiarity with gravure printing processes or cylinder production Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO standards) Proficiency in MS Office and production management software WHAT WE OFFER: Opportunity to work with industry-leading printing technology Professional development in a specialized manufacturing environment Collaborative team culture focused on innovation and excellence Industry Industrial Machinery Manufacturing Employment Type Full-time Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/09/2025
