Required Skills and Qualifications: 10+ years of QA experience with at least 3+ years in a QA leadership or managerial role. Strong experience in both manual testing and test automation . Solid exposure to performance testing tools and concepts . Deep understanding of Agile methodologies , Scrum ceremonies , and CI/CD pipelines . Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Functionize, TestNG, JUnit, Postman, or similar . Strong knowledge of testing APIs, web applications , and integration workflows. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with defect management and test lifecycle tools like JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, or similar . Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with BDD/TDD practices and frameworks like Cucumber.
