The Role We’re looking for a detail-driven Support & Manual Tester who thrives in the quiet hours of the night. This isn’t your typical testing/support role—here, you’ll be at the heart of keeping a live streaming platform stable, reliable, and user-friendly.

What You’ll Do:

● Act as the first line of support during night shifts, resolving issues in real time.

● Test new features manually to ensure a smooth user experience across devices.

● Log, track, and validate bugs, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

● Collaborate with the product and tech teams to escalate and fix critical issues.

● Prepare clear, concise test cases and support documentation.

● Be the calm in the storm—spot problems before users even notice them.

What We’re Looking For:

● 1–3 years of experience in support or QA/manual testing.

● Strong eye for detail and a knack for breaking things (in a good way).

● Basic understanding of software/web testing processes.

● Good communication skills—able to explain issues clearly to both users and developers.

● Comfortable working night shifts (IST time zone).

● Bonus if you’ve worked in video streaming, SaaS, or customer support earlier.
