Manual Tester

Role Overview

We are looking for a Manual Tester experienced in testing large-scale, high-value applications with complex business workflows. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in ERP modules, role-based testing, and validating multi-level approval hierarchies (L1, L2, L3, etc.).
This role requires someone who independently manages testing responsibilities, understands end-to-end flows deeply, and ensures complete coverage across modules.

Key ResponsibilitiesComplex Business Workflow Testing

· Perform end-to-end testing of large and complex application workflows, not limited to basic modules.

· Test scenarios involving multi-user role hierarchies, access levels, permissions, and approval flows.

· Validate ERP processes such as procurement, vendor workflows, inventory flows, finance modules, etc.

Test Ownership & Documentation

· Create detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for end-to-end workflows.

· Execute test cases thoroughly and document expected vs actual results.

· Maintain high-quality documentation and ensure complete test coverage.

Understanding of Work Structure

· Independently handle assigned modules and testing responsibilities.

· Work collaboratively with product teams, business analysts, and developers to understand business logic.

· Reproduce defects, assist in root-cause analysis, and ensure timely closure of bugs.

Regression & Release Testing

· Perform rigorous regression testing before deployments.

· Validate integrated workflows across multiple modules and features.

Required Skills & Experience

· 1–4 years of experience in manual testing.

· Mandatory experience in ERP testing (any ERP: custom ERP, SAP modules, Oracle, Tally Prime ERP, etc.).

· Hands-on experience with complex workflows, multi-level approval systems, and role-based access.

· Experience testing large-scale, high-value applications, not just basic screens or small apps.

· Strong understanding of test case creation, test planning, test execution, and structured defect reporting.

· Experience with bug tracking tools like Jira, DevRev, or similar.

· Ability to analyze business requirements and convert them into detailed scenarios.

Good to Have

· Exposure to B2B platform testing (orders, approvals, PR/PO flows, user roles).

· Basic experience with API testing using Postman.

· Understanding of Agile methodologies.

Education

· B.Tech / B.E / BCA / MCA or related background.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
