Job Description

Manual QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze functional and technical requirements to design and execute test scenarios.
Perform
manual testing
including:

Functional Testing
Regression Testing
UI/UX Testing
API Testing
Database Testing

Prepare and maintain comprehensive test documentation (test cases, test reports).
Identify, document, and track defects using tools like
JIRA
,
Bugzilla
, or
Azure DevOps
.
Collaborate with developers and product owners to resolve defects and improve application quality.
Conduct
cross-browser
and
cross-platform testing
to ensure consistent performance.
Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings in Agile environments.

Required Skills:

Solid experience in
manual testing
methodologies and techniques.
Hands-on experience with
API testing
using tools like
Postman
or
SoapUI
.
Good knowledge of
SQL
, basic
database queries
, and
data validation
.
Familiarity with
bug tracking
and
test management tools
like
JIRA
,
TestRail
, or similar.
Exposure to
mobile testing
(Android/iOS) is a plus.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
