Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Manual Jewellery Designer with strong expertise in hand sketching and conceptualizing intricate jewellery designs. The ideal candidate should have an excellent understanding of fine jewellery trends, gemstones, and production feasibility, with the ability to transform ideas into detailed, precise designs ready for manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create hand-sketched jewellery designs based on client briefs, brand style, or design trends.
• Develop detailed technical drawings with accurate proportions, stone settings, and specifications.
• Collaborate with CAD designers, merchandisers, and production teams to ensure design accuracy and manufacturability.
• Research current fashion and jewellery market trends to develop innovative and appealing collections.
• Modify and improve designs as per feedback from clients or management.
• Maintain a portfolio of new and existing designs for reference and presentation.
• Ensure timely completion of design assignments and adherence to brand aesthetics.

Required Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Jewellery Design or Fine Arts (preferred but not mandatory if highly skilled).
• Experience: 4–10 years of professional experience in manual jewellery designing for fine or fashion jewellery brands.

Skills & Competencies:

• Exceptional sketching and visualization skills.
• Strong knowledge of jewellery manufacturing processes, stone setting, and materials.
• Creativity with attention to precision and detail.
• Good understanding of Indian and international jewellery trends.
• Ability to handle client requirements and work under deadlines.
