Job Description

You will be joining our Quality Assurance team as an experienced QA Manual Integration Tester. Your primary role will involve designing, developing, and executing detailed manual test cases for integration testing. You will conduct system and end-to-end testing across multiple services and APIs, ensuring data flow and integrity across integrated systems and components. Collaboration with developers, product managers, and other QA team members is essential to guarantee the quality and stability of our software solutions. You will participate in sprint planning, working closely with development teams to understand integration points and enhance test coverage. Tracking bugs and defects using tools like JIRA, documenting issues, and collaborating with automation testers for test automation are key aspects of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have at least 6 years of hands-on experience in manual testing, with a particular focus on integration testing. A solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and testing methodologies is crucial. Expertise in testing RESTful APIs, web services, and middleware components, along with proficiency in tools like Postman, Swagger, JIRA, and TestRail, is required. Knowledge of SQL for data validation, Agile/Scrum environments, and excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are also essential. Experience in domains such as Transportation/Toll system management is advantageous, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins is considered a bonus. Exposure to test automation tools/frameworks would be beneficial for this role. Your ability to analyze test results, provide recommendations for continuous improvement, maintain test documentation, and contribute to test planning and strategy will be key to your success in this position.,
