Urgent position (Manager Sr. Manager Maintenance- Preference Glass Industry

Position            :- Manager/ Sr. Manager – Machine Maintenance

Industry Pre    :- Glass Industry

Qualification   : - B.Tech Mechanical

Department     :- Machine Maintenance

Experience      : -15 to 20 Yrs.

Salary              :- 15 to 22 LPA-(No bar for deserving candidate)

Location          :- (US Nagar Uttarakhand)

JOB PROFILE: - INDUSTRIAL TRAINING: -

•       Responsible for smooth & efficient running of all equipment’s installed in the forming section.

•   Knowledge for adequate preventive / predictive maintenance of different equipment’s, zero breakdowns.

•       Manage entire maintenance team & Monitor machine efficiency

•       Good knowledge of feeder, spout, shear mechanism etc.

•       Erection & commissioning of Machine equipment’s

•       Responsible for maintenance of different types gear boxes, conveyors, I S. machines or press.

•       Maintenance of annealing lehrs, blowers etc

•       To ensure adequate stock of spares & consumables

•       To ensure adherence of proper safety measures & procedures

•       Erection & commissioning of forming Machines & annealing Lehr

•       Good leadership and communication skills.
