Role Description The Managing Principal role is a full-time position located on-site in Pune. The Managing Principal will oversee various projects, provide strategic leadership, and ensure the successful implementation of consulting services for our clients. Daily tasks include managing client relationships, coordinating with multiple teams, ensuring project deadlines and budgets are met, and delivering high-quality consulting outcomes. The Managing Principal is also responsible for business development and expanding WCG's footprint in the industry. Pay: Equities, Net Profits, Voting Rights & Executive Board. (No Salary) Qualifications Proven experience in project management and strategic leadership Strong client relationship management skills Experience in business development and expanding market presence Ability to manage multiple teams and coordinate project deliverables Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work on-site in Pune Relevant experience in consulting within federal, international, life sciences, or technology sectors is a plus Master’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus Show more Show less
