To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: Qualifications: - Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required. A Master's Degree from a reputed institute with excellent analytical and people skills is preferred. - Experience: A minimum of 15 years of leadership experience is required, with a track record of at least 5 years in General Management or multiple administrative and operational departments with end-to-end P&L responsibility.
