Job Description

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production targets as per cost, quality, and time standards. Analyze consumption of raw materials, power, and fuel; address deviations to improve efficiency. Ensure SOP adherence across production, quality, and maintenance; lead ISO/OHSAS implementation. Plan preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and enhance uptime and capacity utilization. Track Plant OEE/OLE; resolve breakdowns of critical machines to optimize resource use. Oversee safety programs and respond promptly to abnormal or emergency conditions. Ensure timely, quality production as per customer needs; coordinate packaging and dispatch with SCM. Drive energy conservation and minimize operational losses. Ensure process compliance to achieve target yield and product quality.
