Job Description

1. Proposal Development and Research: o Lead assigned presales activities such as proposal documents, estimations, RFIs, etc. o Develop POCs for new projects and accounts, demonstrating the effectiveness and feasibility of instructional design solutions. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative prototypes that address client requirements. o Demonstrate interdisciplinary knowledge, cross-cultural competency, and expertise in design principles and practices. o Maintain a deep understanding of the edtech industry. o Leverage experience working with school districts, colleges, and universities to design program level courses, as well as workforce development trainings. 2. Project Delivery: o Implement of innovative instructional design strategies that enhance the companys competitive edge. o Utilize and apply comprehensive knowledge and experience across domains, including higher education, K-12, and enterprise, to relevant projects as needed. o Ensure alignment of instructional design projects with overall business objectives, contributing to the companys growth and success. o Onboard and train ID vendors, ensuring they understand project requirements and quality standards. o Provide effective oversight and support of vendor execution, resulting in highquality deliverables that meet project specifications and deadlines. o Ensure the functional delivery of assigned instructional design projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. o Implement and adhere to quality assurance processes and standards. 3. Course/Product Audits: o Conduct comprehensive audits of courses and products to assess effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and ensure alignment with instructional design standards. o Generate actionable insights and recommendations to enhance the quality and impact of learning materials. o Create training macro and micro designs, create training materials, and write functional specifications documents (FSD). 4. Thought Leadership: o Regularly contribute to Academians thought leadership by writing articles and posts on instructional design trends, best practices, and innovations. o Assist in developing the companys social media strategy and plan.
