MANAGER/SR. MANAGER - CHANEL SALES

As a Manager/Sr. Manager - Channel Sales at Abans, you will play a crucial role in driving channel sales of investment products through IFAs and MFDs. Your responsibilities include: - Building and maintaining a strong network of IFAs in the assigned geography to provide products and solutions across asset classes. - Demonstrating a clear understanding of markets and products, with a focus on conducting distributor training. - Developing sales strategies to increase sales from new channel partners and enhance wallet share from existing partners. - Providing support to local staff of other channel partners such as banks and wealth management firms. - Cultivating long-term relationships with both existing and new clients to boost the Asset under Management (AUM) for the company. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Graduation degree. - 4-8 years of sales experience with a mutual fund company, specifically in channel sales of mutual funds for IFA/MFD channel. - Experience in Asset Management companies, particularly in Mutual Funds. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - A pleasing and positive attitude. - Self-starter mindset, proactive nature, and target-oriented approach.
