MANAGER/SR. MANAGER - CHANEL SALES

As a Manager/Sr. Manager - Channel Sales at Abans, you will play a crucial role in driving channel sales of investment products through Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) and Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs). Your responsibilities will include: - Building and maintaining a strong network of IFAs in the assigned geography to offer products and solutions across various asset classes. - Demonstrating a clear understanding of markets and products, with distributor training being an integral part of your role. - Developing sales strategies to increase sales from new channel partners and enhance wallet share from existing partners. - Providing support to other channel partners" local staff, such as banks and wealth management firms. - Nurturing long-term relationships with both existing and new clients to boost the Asset under Management (AUM) for the company. To excel in this role, you should have: - 4-8 years of sales experience with a mutual fund company, particularly in channel sales of mutual funds for IFA/MFD channel. - Experience in Asset Management companies, specifically in Mutual Funds. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - A pleasing and positive attitude. - Self-starter mindset, proactive nature, and target-oriented approach.
