MANAGER/SR. MANAGER - CHANEL SALES

As a Manager/Sr. Manager - Channel Sales at Abans, you will play a pivotal role in driving the channel sales of investment products through Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) and Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs). Your key responsibilities will include building and maintaining a strong network of IFAs in the assigned geography to offer a wide range of products and solutions across various asset classes. It is imperative to possess a clear understanding of markets and products, as distributor training forms an integral part of your role. In this position, you will be responsible for formulating effective sales strategies aimed at enhancing sales from new channel partners and increasing the wallet share from existing partners. Additionally, you will provide support to other channel partners" local staff such as banks and wealth management firms. Building and nurturing long-term relationships with both existing and new clients will be crucial for increasing the Assets under Management (AUM) for the company. To excel in this role, you should ideally have 4-8 years of sales experience with a mutual fund company, specifically in channel sales of mutual funds for the IFA/MFD channel. Previous experience in Asset Management companies, particularly in Mutual Funds, would be advantageous.
