Manager/Senior Manager - Legal (Contract)

As a member of our Legal team, you will be responsible for efficiently managing contracts by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements such as Non-Disclosure Agreements, Lease Agreement, Leave and License Agreement, Master Service Agreements, and more. You will also be involved in handling banking-related tasks including reviewing and finalizing documentation with banks like sanction letters, loan agreements, and escrow arrangements. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing arrangements related to software licenses, AI development, real estate, employment and labor matters, and other related party transactions. Your role will also involve assisting in various transactions such as joint ventures, collaborations, mergers & acquisitions, and share purchase agreements. This includes conducting due diligence and collaborating with external legal counsels as needed. Furthermore, you will independently interact with senior management, HoDs, and both internal and external clients to address their queries, understand their requirements, and ensure smooth resolution and closure of matters. Qualifications required: - A 5 years program (LLM, LLB) from a reputed college - 8-12 years of experience in areas such as Corporate Law, Company Law, SEBI, and IPR, with preferably 2-3 years of experience in a Law Firm Join us in this challenging and rewarding opportunity where you can showcase your expertise and contribute to the success of our Legal team.,
