Manager/Senior Manager - Legal (Contract)

You will be working 6 days a week at our office located in Gurgaon. We are seeking highly motivated and skilled professionals to be part of our Legal team in senior roles. Your main responsibilities will include efficient management of contracts such as drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements like Non-Disclosure Agreements, Lease Agreement, Service Level Agreements, and more. You will also be involved in handling banking-related tasks, software licenses, real estate matters, employment issues, and other arrangements. Additionally, you will assist in various transactions like joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, and conducting due diligence. You will have independent interactions with senior management, HoDs, and both internal and external clients to understand their needs and ensure smooth resolution of issues. To qualify for this role, you should have completed a 5 years program (LLM, LLB) from a reputable college and possess 8-12 years of relevant experience in Corporate law, Company Law, SEBI, IPR, with at least 2-3 years of experience in a Law Firm, preferably.,
