Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

Draft and support documentation for fund launches and capital raising
Negotiate and monitor compliance with side letters
Participate in entity formation and investor communications
Research and summarize global exchange and trading regulations

Job Requirements:

Law degree with 68 years of relevant legal experience
Expertise in fund structures, securities offerings, and corporate transactions
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
Preferred: Knowledge of U.S. investment laws (e.g., Advisers Act, Securities Act)
