MANAGER/SENIOR MANAGER – DIRECT TAXES

Qualifications – CA with Direct tax as career choice but willing to work in GST

Requirement

• Atleast 8 years’ post qualification (May 16 or earlier qualified) experience in Income Tax.
• Hands-on working experience of Income Tax Compliances and SAP.
• Willingness to travel to Jaipur and Chennai for at least 4 days in a month for Income Tax Audits, rectifications from AO etc.
• Good Team player with ability to himself work, Ability to respond to Assessment notices within timeline as given by NFAC.
  

Responsibilities

• Working out TDS and TCS Liability
• Income Tax Returns for Company, Various TDS Returns (including rectifications) – Filling and filing Income tax Returns and TDS returns including preparing data from SAP.
• Preparing Data for Income Tax Audit and 3CD.
• Preparing Computation of Income from Audited Financials, Advance Tax Computation.
• Preparing and providing Data and all documents to Income Tax Department during Faceless Assessments and making submissions.
• Providing details of Income Tax Litigations to Statutory Auditors.
• Understanding of ALP determination under Transfer Pricing, Willingness to work with consultants.
• Visiting AO @ Chennai, Mumbai, Jaipur and getting OGE and rectifications, refunds.
• Understanding of DTAA.
• GST Litigations – Preparing data and grounds, Appearing for Hearings at First Appellate Level
• Staying updated on changes in Income Tax & GST related changes.
