Job Summary:

We are looking to hire an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee key financial operations including forecasting, bank liaison, covenant compliance, and management reporting. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting financial decision-making, ensuring regulatory and lender compliance, and improving internal financial reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update

  financial projections

  and business forecasts aligned with company goals
• Coordinate and communicate with banks to respond to queries, ensure timely submission of required documents, and manage relationships
• Monitor and ensure adherence to financial covenants and compliance requirements as per lender sanction terms
• Develop and deliver timely and accurate MIS (Management Information System) reports for internal stakeholders
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards
• Support audits, both internal and external, with relevant documentation and responses.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education:

  CA / MBA (Finance) / CMA or equivalent qualification

• Experience:

  512 years of relevant experience in finance roles, preferably in a corporate or banking-related environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial modelling, bank interactions, and loan covenant tracking
• Proficient in MS Excel, financial software, and ERP systems
• Excellent communication,analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Attributes:

• Prior experience in dealing with banks, NBFCs, or credit institutions
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
