Job Summary:

We are looking to hire an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee key financial operations including forecasting, bank liaison, covenant compliance, and management reporting. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting financial decision-making, ensuring regulatory and lender compliance, and improving internal financial reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and update
financial projections
and business forecasts aligned with company goals
Coordinate and communicate with banks to respond to queries, ensure timely submission of required documents, and manage relationships
Monitor and ensure adherence to financial covenants and compliance requirements as per lender sanction terms
Develop and deliver timely and accurate MIS (Management Information System) reports for internal stakeholders
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards
Support audits, both internal and external, with relevant documentation and responses.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:
CA / MBA (Finance) / CMA or equivalent qualification
Experience:
512 years of relevant experience in finance roles, preferably in a corporate or banking-related environment.
Strong knowledge of financial modelling, bank interactions, and loan covenant tracking
Proficient in MS Excel, financial software, and ERP systems
Excellent communication,analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Attributes:

Prior experience in dealing with banks, NBFCs, or credit institutions
Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
