Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end
finance and accounting operations
of the hospital
Prepare and oversee
monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Monitor and control
budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Handle
accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
Ensure
compliance with statutory requirements
, tax filings, and audits
Supervise the finance team and coordinate with internal departments for financial matters
Analyze financial data and provide
management reports and insights
Ensure
cost optimization
and effective resource management
Implement
financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
Coordinate with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities as required

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of
finance, accounting, and taxation principles
Expertise in
budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Hands-on experience in
accounts reconciliation, audits, and statutory compliance
Proficiency in
MS Office and accounting software
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Eligibility Criteria

B.Com / MBA in Finance / Accounting
from a recognized regular institution
Relevant experience in
hospital or corporate finance
preferred
Hands-on experience with SAP
is
mandatory
Familiarity with
financial regulations and statutory compliance
Strong understanding of
financial operations, reporting, and audits
