PRATUSH WEB INFOTECH PVT. LTD. is a growing IT and digital services company providing innovative solutions to clients across various sectors. We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Manager / Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth.

Position Overview:

The Manager / Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to overall revenue growth. This is a leadership role requiring strategic planning, execution, and hands-on involvement in sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Lead and supervise the sales team, ensuring productivity and performance.
  • Identify and approach potential clients across industries for IT, digital marketing, and web services.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present updates to senior management.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project delivery and client servicing.
  • Participate in business development activities such as networking events and promotional campaigns.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience (1–5 years) in sales, business development, or team leadership.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, digital marketing, and web-based solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership qualities with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Goal-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
