This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a managerial, administrative, and operational position. The role involves overseeing daily operations, managing administrative tasks, ensuring efficient customer service, handling finance and accounting duties, and providing analytical support to improve organizational processes. The candidate will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing operational efficiency within the academy.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to provide support and insights for organizational improvements
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure a high-quality experience for students and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Finance and Accounting to manage and oversee financial operations
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Previous experience in a managerial or administrative role is preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
