Job Description:Job Description: Manager /Customer Service

* Enabling the service team to provide an excellent, customer-centric experience by holding the team accountable and removing roadblocks.

* This job includes in sales and extensive Travelling

* Monitoring the team's performance and reporting on critical metrics and Setting customer satisfaction targets and working with the team to meet targets consistently.

* Having a deep understanding of the company's products and services

* Establishing customer service policies and procedures Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in customer support and share insights with the team.

* Responsibility and accountability for managing escalations with experience communicating and engaging at various organizational, customer management, and executive levels.

* Develop and maintain partnerships with training, quality, compliance, legal, and other areas to reinforce system, departmental, and administrative procedures

* Proven Leadership Experience and People Skills

* Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques

* Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools • Ability to think strategically and to lead

* Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with Computer literacy

* The ability to maintain calm under pressure •

* A thorough knowledge of the product or service the company they work for is offering.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
