Manager/Assistant Manager - Marketing

As an Assistant Manager/Manager in the Creative & Communication team, you will be responsible for translating communication plans and briefs from various internal teams to the creative team of agencies/freelancers (copywriters, editors, and designers). Your role will involve executing and delivering compelling creatives within designated timelines. It is imperative to ensure that all content and creatives align with our brand voice. Continuous improvement on communication and creatives based on analytics and feedback from stakeholders will be a key aspect of your role. You will be expected to drive/support marketing and communication campaigns across different segments of the business, including all employees, as necessary. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing initiatives to enhance employee engagement and strengthen our employer brand. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of two years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within an agency setting. Candidates who have held supervisory roles within a creative team will be given preference. Proficiency in both written and verbal communication in English and Hindi is essential. You must possess exceptional copywriting skills and have the ability to craft compelling and engaging content. A strong sense of design is also required to ensure visual alignment with brand aesthetics and communication objectives. Furthermore, a mandatory requirement for this position is an MBA degree.
