Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead and manage our Export operations, with a strong focus on growing international sales of stainless steel seamless pipes, tubes, and alloy products segment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of global trade practices, export documentation, and B2B industrial sales, particularly in industrial sales of seamless stainless steel products. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop international customers for stainless steel seamless pipes, tubes, and alloy-based products. Generate and manage a pipeline of export sales leads from key geographies (e.g., USA, Middle East, Southeast Asia, Europe, etc.). Lead and manage the end-to-end export process, including documentation, LC negotiation, shipping coordination, customs clearance, and international compliance. Coordinate with logistics, freight forwarders, customs agents, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-efficient movement of goods. Track shipments and provide updates to clients and internal stakeholders. Conduct international market research on stainless steel seamless pipes pricing, competition, and demand trends. Monitor global developments in trade regulations, duties, and tariffs impacting the metals trade. Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers, trade partners, and channel distributors. Resolve client queries efficiently and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention. Key Qualifications: Proven experience in international sales, export management of stainless steel or metal products, especially pipes, tubes, or industrial raw materials. Strong knowledge of stainless steel grades, applications, and market dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Skills & Competencies: Sales Acumen : Strong negotiation and closing skills with a client-centric approach. Sustainability Knowledge : Passionate about sustainable solutions and knowledgeable about current trends in recycling and waste management. Analytical Skills : Ability to conduct market research, interpret sales metrics, and analyze competitive landscapes to guide strategy. Communication & Relationship Building : Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a talent for building rapport and trust.
