We are currently seeking an experienced Agile Coach ( FS domain) for our client for their agile transformation journey. Ideally, the candidate should hold the ICPACC certification and possess a strong background in coaching agile teams, facilitating agile practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Mandatory skill sets

Must have knowledge, skills and experiences ICPACC (ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching) Proven experience in agile coaching across multiple teams or departments

Preferred skill sets

Good to have knowledge, skills and experiences Strong facilitation, mentoring, and training skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Years of experience required

Experience and Qualifications Experience 10+ Years NP Immediate to 30 days Location Bangalore 3 days / week work from client office

Education qualification

o BE, B.Tech, ME, M,Tech, MBA, MCA (60% above)

Education

Degrees/Field of Study required Bachelor of Engineering, Master of Business Administration, Master of Engineering
