Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced R&D/Product Development Engineer to join our team at TE Connectivity India Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have 6-7 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement new product development processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative products.
Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize product performance.
Create detailed designs and prototypes using CAD software.
Test and validate products to ensure quality and reliability.
Analyze data and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.
Minimum 6 years of experience in R&D/product development engineering.
Strong knowledge of product design, development, and testing.
Experience with CAD software and programming languages such as C++ or Python.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.
